DieciAnni Negroamaro IGP Salento is a wine with an intense red color with marked aromas of plum and cherry. Soft and balanced taste with floral notes of violets. The name Diecianni that identifies these particularly valuable labels is inspired by the time to make this wine as the winery has spent ten years in experimenting and tasting: hence the name of these extraordinary wines. The harvest is done manually by 25-year-old espalier-grown plants in the land in the Guagnano area in the second decade of September. After crushing and destemming the grapes, the mass containing the must macerates for about 10 days at a temperature of 26-28 ° C. A light passage in barrique for about two months gives this product a very complex sensory profile. The aging process ends with 3 months in the bottle.
