Fichimori is an extraordinary wine Produced with Negroamaro grapes with a small addition of Syrah in vineyards cultivated in the Tenuta Maìme in San Pietro Vernotico (BR). The grapes are selected by hand, gently de-stemmed and softly pressed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (5 ° C) continued for 5 days, so as to extract the varietal aromas, the color and the softer polyphenolic components; follows the drawing off and fermentation without skins at 18 ° C.
Characterized by a purple-red color with violet reflections. It has a red fruit (cherry, raspberry) scent with floral notes of violet. On the palate it releases a soft and pleasant taste, with a light and mineral taste and a fruity and fresh finish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
