Mamarosa the Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento by Tenute Perrone is produced using a selection of the best Negroamaro grapes produced in the countryside of Campi Salentina in the vineyards owned by the company. The grapes, after being manually harvested, are de-stemmed and taken and then kept in contact with the skins for 6 hours at a controlled temperature. Subsequently it continues with a soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation always at a controlled temperature and finally the wine is left to rest in steel before being bottled. Mamarosa is a wine with a notable persistent olfactory taste, but also a synonym of great freshness and flavor. A delicate peach-colored rose wine. Ideal to accompany aperitifs and fish main courses.
