Produced with Primitivo grapes cultivated with spurred cordon in vines on medium-textured soils in the Brindisi area. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September. Then the fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 10 days, the maceration for 15 days at a controlled temperature.
Characterized by an intense ruby color with purple hues. It has a scent of red berry fruits such as: blackberries, blueberries, plums, very ripe cherries and unmistakable notes of ripe primitive grapes. On the palate it releases a flavor of very soft tannins that give structure, fullness and pleasantness. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
