Vento is an organic white wine produced by Masseria Mita starting from a chardonnay blend grown in the countryside of Crispiano in the area of ​​Manduria, in the province of Taranto. The cultivation of the vineyards is espalier. The sustained number of plants per hectare allows us to limit the quantity of clusters per vine and obtain the maximum nourishment of the root system, facilitate air circulation, favor the maximum insolation of the canopy, and also allow the optimization of mechanical processing. and the right vegetative balance between plants.

This chardonnay is produced from organically grown grapes in application of Reg. EEC 2092/91 Controlled by ICEA harvested in the third week of August. After the destemming, the white vinification takes place with a soft pressing and the fermentation at a controlled temperature followed finally a refinement of a few months in steel.

Vento chardonnay has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose has intense hints of Mediterranean fruit and flowers, while in the mouth it is dry, harmonious and pleasantly acid.

Pairings: It goes perfectly with a menu based on fish, shellfish and Mediterranean seafood.
