A PASSO LENTO Salento IGP is a red wine produced by the Apulian winery Vecchia Torre in Leverano in the heart of Salento. It is a bland that is produced starting from Salento’s Negroamaro – the symbolic vine of this territory – plus a small addition of the international Syrah grape. The characteristic of this important red wine is that the clusters are left to overripe on the vine for about ten days after the normal harvesting period, before being harvested.
