A Passo Lento is a wine produced by the Vecchia Torre winery in Leverano in the heart of Salento. It is a bland that is produced starting from the grape symbol of Salento the Negroamaro plus a small addition of the international Syrah grape. The characteristic of this important red is that before being harvested, the bunches are left to overripe on the plant for about ten days after the normal harvest period.
