ANARKOS IGP Salento is a red wine from the Accademia dei Racemi, a project of the Felline Farm of Manduria (Taranto_Puglia/Italy). It is the latest provocation of Accademia dei Racemi.

A wine that was born with the intention of communicating a precise message: the discomfort of Puglia in defensively assisting its own colonization, when its identity and typicality face with honor on the international market.

ANARKOS IGP Salento is a blend of Black Malvasia, Primitivo, Negramaro. Amaranth red in color with violet reflections, intense, persistent and rich in balsamic and fruity notes. In particular, we can notice the hints of bramble fruits. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, dry, harmonious and velvety. It goes well with pasta dishes, roasts and game.
