Animè is the only sparkling wine produced in Salento from Verdeca grapes in Purity. It is a straw-colored wine with slight greenish reflections. Intense and fruity aromas; in the mouth green apple with a mineral finish. The production is about 13,000 bottles per year. Once the grapes have been harvested, the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed, followed by vinification at a controlled temperature using the Charmat method.

The wine is ready to drink from 2 months after the end of the harvest. Anime is a straw-colored wine with light greenish reflections which is the typical characteristic of the Verdeca grape. On the nose it presents intense and fruity aromas of green apple and Mediterranean bush flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and expresses a great freshness and minerality.
