ANTICAIA Salice Salentino DOP Reserve is an award-winning red wine produced by the San Donaci winery in San Donaci (Brindisi_Puglia/Italy).

ANTICAIA is obtained from the careful selection of Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes coming exclusively from the Apulian sapling bush breeding of vines with 50 years of age. The vineyards are located around in San Donaci and in the DOC area of Salice Salentino. ANTICAIA is produced through a controlled temperature fermentation followed by a long aging period. After aging for at least two years, the wine is aged in barriques.

To the sense of smell emerge scents of ripe red fruits also in the form of jams and spirits, spicy as black pepper, leather, toasted and ethereal. ANTICAIA Salice Salentino DOP Reserve is an important wine that can be tasted even after 10 – 15 years of ageing.
