ARMENTINO Salento IGP is a red wine produced by Schola Sarmenti winery in Nardò (Lecce_Puglia/Italy). ARMENTINO is a wine made with a balanced use of Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and gently placed in small ventilated boxes to preserve their integrity. In the winery, they are then further selected on a modern sorting table. Once the vinification carried out always at a controlled temperature, the wine is assembled and then refined for a few months in steel and then for 5 months in the bottle.

ARMENTINO Salento IGP presents a proud fragrance, surprisingly intense in an intriguing exchange of sensations, sprinkling the air with sunshine in a fresh intertwining of notes of black cherry and ripe fruit. In the mouth, it is a great surprise thanks to an extraordinary tannic matrix that enhances a powerful and arrogant wine of substance and pulp. An unusual percentage that reflects a perfect wine because the right is always in the middle.
