Brillocco rosè is a Brut sparkling wine produced from Negroamaro grapes grown in the countryside of Guagnano. In the name of this sparkling wine you can already find the identity and its spirit or that of giving moments of lightheartedness and escape, perhaps spending a nice evening with friends. The grapes harvested in the last week of September are harvested and taken to the cellar where they are de-stemmed and crushed. After a brief contact of the must on the skins, we proceed with a soft pressing, and after clarification at a controlled temperature, the must is decanted to clean it from the lees and finally brought to the autoclave for fermentation and froth, all at a temperature of about 12 °C.

This brut spumanterosato has a fine perlage with a soft and abundant froth that can also be admired in the glass. The color in the glass is intense and brilliant coral pink. On the nose it is fruity, with hints of small red fruits and also very light aromas of firi from the Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is delicate, harmonious and extremely balanced. The structure is good and the good acidity combined with carbon dioxide give a pleasant tickling sensation in the mouth. This sparkling wine has an incredible persistence on the finish.
