The CICALA Negroamaro rosè IGP Salento Agricola Felline is a rosé wine produced with Negroamaro grapes grown with spurred cordon in vineyards on land owned by the company in the Manduria area. The processing in the cellar begins after the manual harvest of the grapes with a de-stemming, a maceration of about 8 hours and a soft pressing. Once the liquid part of the must has been collected, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 22-24 degrees. Finally, the wine ages for a few months in steel before being bottled and placed on the market.

CICALA Negroamaro rosè is characterized by a beautiful coral pink color not too bright with slight orange reflections. The nose presents intense delicate black cherry, cherry and strawberry, combined with light citrus and floral hints. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, juicy and inviting with a good length and persistence on the finish.

Pairings: It goes perfectly with not too tasty cured meats, first and second courses based on fish and white meats in sauce, and it is also excellent to combine with a pizza with anchovies.
