CRITÈRA Primitivo IGT by Schola Sarmenti is a red wine produced from young Primitivo grapes harvested by hand. Breeding system of Guyot plants. Vinification and ageing take place in steel at a controlled temperature.

CRITÈRA Primitivo shows a ruby red colour. The nose offers intensity with hints of ripe fruit, American prune and cherry jam. Sincere scents, typical of a rich and precious grape that intrigue souls with an extravagant and uncommon set of scents. The taste gives a very typical fleshy taste, with a strong reference to the ripe pulp, captivated by a pleasant freshness and gives off lively tannins wrapped in a sweet softness in a long heady finish.

Critèra_Expert opinions

Alexander Peartree, Tasting Director by WineEnthusiast: “A bright nose of red cherry and plum are met with a coating of baking spice and game. This is a light, zesty style of the grape with juicy red fruit flavours that are enveloped in a sheen of sweet spice. Drink now.
