ESPRA is a rosé wine produced by the Francesco Taurino Sas company.

Produced from Negroamaro grapes grown in the countryside of Guagnano on medium-textured calcareous and clayey soils ideal for the production of the famous Salentino vine. This rosé wine that spends 12 hours macerating in the must represent all the characteristics that the true Salentino rose must possess. Coral pink color, with very light orange reflections typical of Negroamaro. Brilliant, alive, with complex and delicate aromas. ESPRA has a freshness, a flavour and an acidity that make it drinkable and pleasant in the mouth. Extremely balanced rosé wine with good structure and body.

The espalier-grown grapes with a density of 4500 plants per hectare and the harvest take place manually in the first ten days of September. The grapes are collected in crates and taken to the cellar for destemming. A soft pressing follows with which only 40% of the flower must is harvested and then fermented at a temperature of 10 °C. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks and is then bottled.
