Euforia is an organic wine produced by Masseria Mita starting from negroamaro grapes grown in the countryside of Crispiano in the area of ​​Manduria, in the province of Taranto. The training system of the vineyards is espalier. The sustained number of plants per hectare allows us to limit the quantity of clusters per vine and obtain the maximum nourishment of the root system, facilitate air circulation, favor maximum insolation of the canopy, and also allow for the optimization of processing. mechanics and the right vegetative balance between plants.

This negroamaro is produced from organically grown grapes in application of Reg. EEC 2092/91 Controlled by ICEA, harvested in the first week of September Mechanized harvest in the early hours of dawn. After destemming, maceration and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ° C for 8-10 days, during which daily pumping over takes place. Spontaneous malolactic immediately after alcoholic fermentation. The processing ends with an aging of about 1 year in steel.

Euforia negroamaro has a bright, lively red color tending towards garnet, the nose has intense hints of red berries such as currants, strawberries, blueberries, while in the mouth it is fairly acidic, dry, clean and with a medium-long persistence.

Pairings: Perfect on traditional Italian meat-based first courses and also goes well with grilled pork and chicken.
