JADDICO Brindisi Riserva DOP – Tenute Rubino: A Reserve red wine produced only in selected vintages (such as 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015) from a blend of Negroamaro (80%) and Susumaniello (20%). It comes from vines planted in 1992 on the Jaddico estate. It is a wine of great character, intense, and complex, with notes of cherry in spirits, chocolate, black pepper, and tobacco. The combination of the two indigenous varietals creates a flavor profile that perfectly balances acidity, softness, and tannic structure, making it a warm and seductive expression of Mediterranean character.
