LA CARTA Salice Salentino DOP Reserve is a red wine produced by the Candido Winery in San Donaci (Brindisi_Puglia). Produced from Negroamaro and  Black Malvasia grapes grown with Apulian sapling, harvested in the second half of September. Vineyard age 25 years. Red vinification with maceration of the grapes for about 5 days and thermal temperature control. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel. Ageing takes place with a minimum of two years of ageing, of which six months in casks or barriques.

LA CARTA Salice Salentino has a beautiful ruby red colour, which is enriched with orange reflections with ageing. Bouquet of an ethereal bouquet with characteristic aromas of cocoa and leather. On the palate, it has a pleasantly soft taste. It manifests the varietal notes of the vine well blended with the aromas of French oak. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
