LE POZZELLE Rosé Salice Salentino DOP is a rosé wine produced by the Azienda Vitivinicola Candido of San Donaci (Brindisi_Puglia/Italy). Produced with Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes. Maceration of the destemmed black grapes and left for about 20 hours at low temperature. A part of the juice of the grapes is then extracted (just 40%) and left to ferment in steel on selected yeasts.
LE POZZELLE Rosé is characterized by a colour that recalls the bright pink of coral branches. Rich, ample, floral bouquet with a right fruity persistence. Wine with a voluptuously harmonious taste. It has good texture on an elegant bitterish bottom. To be served at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.
