Winemaking and Aging Details
The grapes (Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera) come from vineyards cultivated using the **Apulian ‘alberello’ (bush) and ‘cordone speronato’ (spurred cordon) systems** on deep calcareous-clay-siliceous soils. Harvesting is manual and separated by grape variety. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with **10-12 days of maceration**. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wine matures in **French barriques**, while the rest is refined in stainless steel.
