MADRIGALE is produced from grapes harvested manually from 80-year-old vineyards planted with Apulian saplings located in the Manduria area. The red vinification takes place at the end of August, after the harvest and soft crushing of the grapes, with thermo-conditioning of the fermentation process in stainless steel vats. The wine continues its aging in the bottle.
MADRIGAL Primitive with an organoleptic examination, it has an intense red color with purplish highlights. The aroma is intense and complex, reminiscent of marasca cherry and other red fruits in jam. Show hints of dried fruit and cocoa in the final. On the palate, the taste is sweet, warm, soft, with a noticeable intense and persistent aftertaste.
