History and Production

Momento Rosato is a tribute to the tradition of Salento rosés, revisited in a sparkling and modern key. The Negroamaro grapes, the indigenous grape par excellence, are carefully vinified. The brief contact with the skins gives it the characteristic coral pink color, while the subsequent sparkling process in an autoclave enhances its freshness and lightness, making it perfect for any celebratory ‘moment’.
