Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP is a rosé wine produced by Tenute Rubino with negroamaro grapes cultivated with spurred cordon in vines on medium-textured soils in the territory of Brindisi in Puglia. It is a wine that attracts for the color tone followed by a soft and fresh gustatory response with a long and persistent aftertaste.

The harvest takes place in the third decade of September. Then vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for a few hours followed by fermentation in steel tanks, at controlled temperature. Finally, the wine rests for a few months in the bottle.

Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP has a clear and bright intense pink color. The profiles of this wine recall flowers and fruits with soft colors tending to various shades of red, from roses to violets, from cherries to blueberries to strawberries. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, soft and pleasant with a fairly persistent finish.

PAIRING: Focaccia snacks, panzerottini, canapes with pink sauce, Salento friselle, margherita pizza, but also first courses with tomato. The combination with stuffed squid, stewed octopus, roast veal, white meats in general is very pleasant.
