NEGROAMARO Salento IGT is a red wine produced with Negroamaro grapes spurred cordon in vines on medium-textured soils in the territory of Brindisi in Puglia (Italy).

The harvest takes place in the second decade of September. Then the fermentation takes place in steel tanks, the maceration for twelve days, at a controlled temperature.

NEGROAMARO Salento is characterized by a deep ruby red color. It has an intense and persistent aroma of red berry fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, black cherry, pomegranate, cherry, accompanied by interesting spicy notes typical of the vine. On the palate, it releases a soft and harmonious taste with sweet tannins that make it particularly pleasant and persistent in the aftertaste.
