Neprica is a wine produced from Negroamaro grapes from the Tenute Maìme in S. Pietro Vernotico and Bocca di Lupo in Minervino Murge. The grapes were harvested at the right level of ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration, carried out at temperatures not exceeding 26 ° C, is continued for 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation was completed by early winter. Then a refining period of about 8 months in steel follows.
Characterized by an intense ruby red color. It has a scent with notes of fresh red fruit (plum, cherry), floral (pink, purple) and spicy (pepper, cocoa). On the palate it releases a good structure, mineral, soft and elegant. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
