NERO is a blend of the indigenous Negroamaro grape and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on alluvial soils in Salento. Its production focuses on structure and longevity. The long, controlled-temperature maceration is followed by a complex aging process: 18 months in French oak barriques to impart elegance and tertiary notes, 12 months in large barrels to balance the wood, and 6 months in the bottle to complete its harmony.
