NÌNÌ Susumaniello Rosso Puglia IGP is a wine produced from grapes grown north of Brindisi and vinified by the Sanchirico winery.

The grapes, after the harvest which takes place in mid-September, are previously selected to choose only the best. The destemming is then carried out and then the must undergoes a long maceration on the skins and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for more than 20 days, before carrying out the mallolactic fermentation. The wine thus obtained is aged for 12 months in barrique, before being bottled and completed in bottle for a further 12 months.

NÌNÌ Susumaniello Rosso has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is intense and persistent, fruity with hints of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is fine, decisive, characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, such as plum and morello cherry. Finale of good length and persistence

Pairings: It goes perfectly with grilled red meats, fatty and slightly spicy dishes; it can also be paired with tarts with red fruit jam.
