History and Winemaking
Grapes are harvested in mid-September and manually selected. After crushing and destemming, the must undergoes a **long maceration on the skins** and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for over 20 days. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine then ages for **12 months in barrique**, and completes its rest for an additional **12 months in the bottle** before release.

Appearance: Intense ruby red color, with purplish reflections.
Nose: Intense and persistent, **fruity** with distinct hints of **ripe red fruit**.
