None is a wine produced by the Tenuta Marano winery from negromaro grapes produced in the Guagnano countryside at 45 m above sea level, from 25-year-old espalier vines with 4,800 vines per hectare.

The manual harvest is carried out in the final part of September and the vinification after the destemming proceeds with a maceration of 12 hours on the skins, followed by a draining in a soft press and a fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15 ° C.

None is presented in the glass with a pale pink color with violet reflections, the nose can be perceived intense hints of berries, currant and raspberry, with a hint of floral, while in the mouth this wine is soft and balanced, with a strong note of freshness

Pairing: Recommended as an aperitif, with elaborate first courses, and with second courses based on fish or white meat, excellent in combination with fish soup.
