Masseria Borgo dei Trulli is a farm that has purchased land in the best wine-growing areas of Salento, in particular in the municipalities of Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the province of Taranto, where it mainly cultivates primitivo for the production of the famous Primitivo di MAnduria DOP, as well as in negroamaro, vermentino, white malvasia, fiano, white sauvignon and in the municipality of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce, where it produces negroamaro and black malvasia grapes, for Salice Salentino PDO. We have selected these 2 bottles from the cellar especially for you, produced from the Primitvo main vine of Manduria. Two wines that express two different production techniques such as the classic DOP Primitivo di Manduria and a Primitivo IGP produced with the Appassimento technique.
