History and Winemaking

“P” Primitivo is a selected expression of the winery’s best Primitivo grapes, grown in the central Salento area near Carmiano. The wine is vinified with 6/7 days of maceration in steel. It ages first in steel for 6 months, then for **4 months in American oak barriques**, and concludes with 2 months in the bottle.
