Pecoranera IGP Puglia is a wine produced from Nero di Troia grapes grown in old vines in different areas of northern Puglia with a final yield per hectare of approximately 90 quintals.
The harvest carried out manually is delayed as much as possible and then proceeds with the vinification with a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature followed by an aging for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Pecoranera weighs in the glass with a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose there are strong hints of spices, cocoa, coffee and liquorice. In the mouth it is warm, soft and balanced.
Pairings: prefers red meat, cheeses and soups.
