Petricore is one of the very few, if not the only dry white wine made from Muscoat grapes. This extraordinary dry white wine produced by the Petrelli winery is obtained from Muscat grapes and a selection of the best white berried grapes produced on the farm, in the Carmiano countryside. A wine that contains in its casket a fantastic aroma accompanied by good cleanliness and the right acidity. A particular wine, far from the commercial flavors that it knows how to conquer for its simple complexity.

The soils from which the grapes come are located at an altitude of about 32 m asl, 25 km from the sea with a medium-textured soil, while the training system used is the guyot with a density of vines equal to about 4500 / ha with a final grape yield of 100 quintals. The grapes are harvested by hand in plastic crates between the first and second week of September. The vinification process is carried out with a classic white vinification with a soft pressing and immediate draining. Once the fermentation phase has been completely completed, the wine rests and refines in steel for 4 months and finally another 4 months in the bottle.

Petricore is presented in the glass with a fascinating bright straw yellow color, with splendid golden reflections. The nose offers intense nuances of yellow-fleshed fruit, flowers of the Mediterranean scrub, camolmila. Intensely harmonious delicate wine with good acidity and fine freshness that refers to honeyed notes. In the mouth it is full of floral and fruity notes, and has a good length and persistence.

Pairings: offers great versatility thanks to its freshness.
