Risata is a sparkling wine produced from Verdeca grapes owned by Cantina Petrelli and grown in the countryside of Carmiano in the Province of Lecce. Sparkling wine with an incredible quality-price ratio is the perfect wine for convivial evenings or for the classic aperitif with friends.

The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of August and made sparkling with the Charmat method.

The glass is of a beautiful bright yellow color not too heavy with very light greenish reflections. The perlage is quite fine and very persistent. The nose is presented with a lot of freshness, and immediately shows a floral note and fresh fruit with yellow pulp. In the mouth it is agile, gentle, with a lively but not intrusive bubble. Medium acidity and very good length with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pairings: Perfect to combine with rich Salento-style peritifs, but also excellent as an entrèè for a fish-based lunch or dinner.
