ROHESIA Negroamaro Rosé IGP Salento is produced by Cantele Winery in Guagnano (Lecce_Puglia). Produced with Negroamaro grapes grown in espalier cordon, in the territory of Guagnano (Lecce). The harvest takes place in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed and cooled to 10/12 ° C. This allows to bring the maceration times up to over 24 hours, limiting the extraction of tannins. The racking takes place when the must-have reached the optimal shade and characteristics. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, carried out at 16 ° C, the wine matures sur lies for about 4 months. To drink immediately or keep for 2-3 years.
ROHESIA Negroamaro Rosé is characterized by an intense cherry pink color. It has an intense and persistent aroma with hints of red berry fruit, strawberry, pomegranate, cherry. Complex nose in which also the flint appears. On the palate, it is round, powerful, haughty. A wine of remarkable persistence olfactory taste. Powerful but of great freshness and flavour.
