Salento Winemaking
Obtained from Malvasia Nera grapes, an ancient indigenous Salento vine. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled and left in contact with the skins for about 4 hours to extract the characteristic “cerasuolo” pink color. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 3 months also in stainless steel.

Nose: Pleasantly fruity, with a broad, inviting, and elegant bouquet. Notes of peach blossoms, blackberry, strawberry, citrus, and green apple are perceptible
Palate: Decisive, crisp, and tangy. On the palate, it is savory, clean, and fresh. The finish is very long and recalls bitter almond
