Rosarò Salice Salentino Rosato DOP Feudi di Guagnano is a wine with a crystalline peach pink color and intense brightness. Intriguing to the nose with pleasant nuances of red fruits, Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs and anise. Long balanced and persistent soft sip, dynamic finish with citrus and balsamic notes.

The grapes from which this wine is produced come from 50-year-old sapling plants in the Guagnano area with a yield of 5000 vines per hectare and with a final production of 6000 bottles. The harvest is done manually in the second ten days of September. The must obtained from the pressing of the grapes undergoes a short skin maceration. At the moment of racking, only 30% of the wine, the best part the most limpid and with the most intense aromas is destined for the production of Rosarò.

Finally, the wine ages for 3 months in steel tanks. This rosé maintains its freshness and flavor for at least 3 years.
