Rosarose is a pleasant and versatile product that lends itself to consumption not only in traditional festive occasions, but in any moment of conviviality and in combination with many dishes. The harvest of the grapes is carried out in the first hours of the dawn of the second decade of August the grapes, still not completely ripe, arrive in the cellar and are destemmed; Afterwards the crushed wine cools to 12-14 ° and is sent to a pneumatic press where it remains for 4-6 hours.
