Tenute Eméra’s Rosato is produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes obtained from spurred cordon vineyards within the Tenute Eméra farm owned by the Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo group, located between the Lizzano and Pulsano. The vines are grown on medium-textured soil, with the presence of silica, clay and sand and abundant skeleton (stones, pebbles and gravel). The yield per hectare is equal to 150 q.
The harvest starts in the second decade of September with mechanically harvested grapes followed by vinification carried out with soft pressing and fermentation always carried out at controlled temperature. At the end of the vinification, a refinement period of a few months in the bottle follows.
Tenute Emèra’s Rosato is a pale pink wine with fresh fruit notes and the right acidity and structure.
