Rose the rosé wine of Tenute Eméra is produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes obtained from vineyards cultivated with spurred cordon inside the Tenute Eméra farm, between the Lizzano and Pulsano marinas. The vines are grown on medium-textured soil, with the presence of silica, clay and sand and abundant skeleton (stones, pebbles and gravel). The yield per hectare is 70 q.

The grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September with a mechanized grape harvester, between the night and the first light dawn so that the low temperature prevents the spontaneous start of fermentation. Immediately after harvesting the grapes and destemming, the wine is vinified with cold maceration, followed by moderate pressing at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C. Induced fermentation with selected yeasts. Finally, the wine ends its cycle with aging in steel.

Rose appears in the glass with a bright color with coral reflections, on the nose it is complex with floral and citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, velvety and closes with a long and pleasant finish of blueberries and cherry.
