Salende is a white wine produced by Tenute Rubino with Vermentino grapes. The area of ​​production of the vines is Brindisi, with an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. The soil has a medium texture with the presence of stones. The training system is spurred cordon with 6000 plants per hectare and yield of 60 quintals. The grapes are harvested in the first week of September and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel tanks and then for 3 months in the bottle.

Salende has a delicate straw yellow color, with clear and brilliant greenish reflections. On the nose it is seductive, intriguing, articulated, with pleasing and marked nuances of elder, broom, grapefruit, green apple, almond blossom, white pepper and flint. On the palate it is of great balance and intensity, endowed with an inviting savory vein, it is harmonious and coherent with respect to what is highlighted on the nose, fine and persistent. This vermentino is a complex wine, with a strong personality, rich and fascinating, pulsating and dynamic, surprisingly expressive, without yielding, corroborated by a sublime almond finish.
