History and Winemaking
Produced in the Salice Salentino area, on deep alluvial medium-textured soils. The harvest takes place at the end of September. Winemaking includes maceration with the skins for **6-7 days**. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine ages in **large oak barrels** before a short rest in the bottle.
