This wine is the result of a blend of **Negroamaro (80%)** and **Malvasia Nera (20%)**, grapes sourced from **Apulian bush-vine** cultivated in the Salice Salentino territory. The lengthy aging process, which includes **12 months in French oak barriques** and **6 months in large barrels**, gives the wine an **intense ruby red color with garnet reflections**, an **elegant and intense bouquet of jam and spices**, and a **full, harmonious, and well-balanced taste** with a delicate tannic backbone.
