Simera is a wine produced with Chardonnay grapes grown in Guyot vines on deep and dry clayey-calcareous-siliceous soils. the grapes harvested in the second decade of August are vinified “in white” with soft pressing; after cold settling, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 12-15 ° c. The wine rests on its own yeasts until the end of January, frequently making battonage, and is bottled in the first decade of February.
Characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. Presents intense and fruity aromas. On the palate it releases a fresh, soft and enveloping taste. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
