Simera is a wine produced with Chardonnay grapes in Guyot vineyards on deep and dry clay-limestone-siliceous soils. the grapes harvested in the second decade of August are vinified “white” with soft pressing; after cold static settling, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 12-15 ° c. The wine rests on its lees until the end of January, making battonage frequently, in the first ten days of February it is bottled.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. It has intense and fruity aromas. On the palate it releases a fresh, soft and enveloping flavor. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C
