Sire Negroamaro Rosato is a wine produced by the Mocavero Winery based on grapes from vineyards located in the municipalities of the province of Lecce. The soils are of the clayey-calcareous type and the vines are bred with the traditional Salento methodology of Alberello Pugliese. The grapes are harvested by hand in the second decade of September, followed by soft vinification, and then 12 hours of maceration with the skins, controlled fermentation temperature. The wine ages for 5 months in steel tanks before being bottled. At the sight, a soft pink with purple reflections, persistent lively aromas, warm and harmonious taste.
