Rosa del Golfo Brut Rosé is a classic method sparkling wine produced from a mix of Negroamaro and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Alezio area, in the beautiful area of the Gulf of Gallipoli, a stone’s throw from the sea. To obtain this brut sparkling wine, the classic method (refermentation in the bottle) is used to make sparkling wine starting with a liqueur based on the famous rosé wine Vigna Mazzì and with a 30-month permanence on the lees. The alcohol content obtained at the end of the procedure is around 12% Vol.
The classic method of di Rosa del Golfo presents itself with a delicate pink color, with golden reflections. Very fine bubbles are typical of the classic method. On the nose it is elegant and fine, with flavors of small red fruits, while on the palate it has a great texture with a softness and elegance out of the ordinary and maintaining a very pleasant drink. It goes perfectly with rich aperitifs with great classy appetizers and with all the fish and shellfish specialties.
