Sud Est of Conti Zecca is a sparkling wine produced with Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Montepulciano grapes grown in spurred cordon vines, on soils of alluvial origin, medium mixture with areas tending to calcareous, in the territories of Leverano (Lecce) and Salice Salentino (Lecce). The harvest takes place by destemming and soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and subsequent refermentation in autoclave.

Characterized by a pale straw yellow color. It has a delicately aromatic and fragrant scent. The palate releases a harmonious, fresh flavor with hints of fruit. To be served at a temperature of 8 ° C.
