Produced with black Malvasia di Brindisi grapes grown in the territory of San Marzano (Taranto) on medium-clayey, shallow soil with good compactness. The harvest takes place in the second half of September. Thermo-controlled maceration of about 10 days follows followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Characterized by an intense ruby red color. It has a complex aroma due to ripe red fruits and spices. On the palate it appears as a very robust body wine, with a pleasantly soft and long-lasting attack. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
