Talò Negroamaro is a wine produced with Negroamaro grapes from vines grown in the territory of San Marzano (Taranto) on medium-clayey, shallow soils with good consistency. The harvest takes place in mid-September. Thermo-controlled maceration of about 10 days follows followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Characterized by a purple-red color with violet reflections. It has an intense and persistent aroma, with hints of blackcurrant and wild berries, spicy, with balsamic and vanilla notes. On the palate it is a full-bodied wine, velvety and harmonious, with a long and savory finish. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
