Talò is a red wine produced with Primitivo grapes cultivated in the territory of San Marzano (Taranto) on soils with a medium clayey consistency, shallow and with good compactness. The harvest takes place in the second week of September. Thermo-controlled maceration of about 10 days follows followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.

Characterized by a ruby red color enriched with violet reflections. It presents an opulent fragrance that recalls ripe cherries and plums, with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. The palate releases a remarkable structure, softened by the persuasive warmth of the Primitivo, which ends in notes of long sweetness. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
